Investment Eligibility & Process

  • Who can invest with Atlantikos Capital?

    We welcome both accredited and non-accredited investors. However, non-accredited investors can participate as private lenders rather than equity partners in our projects.

  • What is an accredited investor?

    An accredited investor, as defined by the SEC, meets one or more of the following criteria:

     • Income: $200,000+ annually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) in the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of maintaining that income.

     • Net Worth: $1 million+ (excluding primary residence).

     • Certifications: Holds Series 7, 65, or 82 financial licenses.


  • Can international investors participate?

    Yes, international investors may qualify under Regulation S guidelines. However, it is the investor’s responsibility to comply with the tax and legal requirements of their country.

  • What is the minimum investment amount?

    Returns depend on the project but generally range from 8-20% annualized IRR, with cash-on-cash returns exceeding 10% on certain investments.
